I haven't read up on these in a while, but here's what I recall:
The Noble is being imported into the US without a drivetrain, just like the Amerisport Panteras were. You can only buy them from the US distributor(s) either without the drivetrain and install one yourself, or complete in several levels of power output.

I'm not sure if that's changed and now dealers can sell turnkey cars, or if they sell used ones. Like I said, it's been a while! From what I hear, they're savage little cars not to be trifled with.
