What is the best Carb for a stock Pantera

There are alot of people advertising carbs that are the best, but what is the real word. I know everyone is going to ask the setup of the engine, and it is a completely stock setup. But on average, what is the best carb setup for low end 0-60 performance, easy tuning, and reliability. I know it's alot to ask, but what is your experience with different carbs.
