DO NOT use any other carb than a Holley. Like it right out of the box or after tweaking, their technical support is great. Besides, I prefer a Holley. I once tried an edelbrock, which is identical to the Carter and Webber, and hated the way the secondaries opened. As for what model Holley, I would put the 600 or 650 cfm double-pumper model 4150 with your 5 speed ZF. I have a Holley 650 cfm double-pumper on mine and it's in the 200mph club if you know what I mean.
