The last photo shows one of the magnesium bulkheads that, according to DeTomaso the Man and the Machines, was unique to the DeTomaso. The mechanic said this was "the heavyweight car," the lightweight car having had the flat areas between the ribs in the bulkhead removed to decrease weight.

The car had a Cosworth engine back in the day, too.
