And I know having a new type cobra motor is kewl as far as having a computer,but since I am a old hot rodder I still like the sound of a good camshaft when it idles. Just makes a car sound sweet as you pull along side of someone and they hear your car and they know you have some horse power under the hood (but most would probably want to look under the front hood lol!)
Yeah I know what you mean about the cam thing. I loved it when engines loped at idle. They just don't do that naymore, no matter how powerfull they are.
I have been working on it trying to fix what he did. One time I had taken it back because it had an oil leak. The guy stood inside the engine bay looking for it. He told me how he had put vise grips on the tranny input shaft trying to shift it. That is when I freaked out. After informing him how much a new tranny costs and he was paying for a new one if this one was dammaged, I took my car back to fix myself.
