Oh PLEEEEASE. Paying a man a living wage and providing for the health of his family and an honorable retirement are not what got the US automakers in trouble.

Without unions fighting the battles and setting the stage a hundred years ago, you and your school age kids would still be working in dark, dank, filty, unheated/uncooled sweat shops with no benefits, no health care, no holidays, no retirement pension and no chance.
