What seatbelt is this?

Can anyone tell me what type of seatbelt this is? It think it's stock, or stock-like, but if you'll notice, this one is tan, to match my interior. So whoever did this before me had to find a tan buckle. It looks similar to what I remember being in the 1970s Lincoln Town Cars. The reason I ask--they are breaking. This is my passenger side, and as you can see, it's cracking. My driver's side literally fell apart in my hands. Trying to figure out what to do here.
