What Size Sway Bars for a Neutral to Slightly Oversteer Set Up

I am in the process of a mechanical restoration on #3648 and have replaced my shocks to RideTech, upgraded my brakes to Wilwood 6-Pistons. I am know looking at replacing my sway bars. I have been told to go with 1" Solid Sway bars both front and rear. Looking for a Neutral to slightly Oversteer (lose) set up. Will be hot lapping #3648. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
