This is about 20 bucks and very handy, but it doesn't have a chuck - whatever you put in it has to have a hex drive. Very handy to have in your home tool kit

This Bosch is a more versatile tool, it has a chuck, but it requires more room. Beware of this particular model, it's a "bare tool" - possibly no battery or charger. There are a number or right angle drills available. If you're not going to use it a lot, then you can get away with a fairly inexpensive corded unit. Make sure it's variable speed though.

This is a counterbore from WL Fuller. Many sizes available. If you ask them, they will cut the spurs off. This used to be no charge. I usually just touch them to a bench grinder. If I'm feeling fancy, when I grind the spurs off I put a 1/32 chamfer on outer corners of the cutting edges. Looks very professional!
