Philippe Olczyk managed to obtain most of the factory records and lists 4945 as one of those in his possession, although that's not going to tell you where it currently resides. He usually wants exorbitant funds to part with any of the documents and then is vague as to what you will actually get. He has quite a reputation in many circles.

and how do you know it ? is maybe a list linked to Philippe Olczyk available in the web ?
