I stand corrected, it does appear the 'Ultra' package is a 5S conversion, thanks for the flyer Rocky.

That yellow 5S conversion needed some additional work and took a long time to sell. If you look at the 5S steel fenders the vendors are offering they are formed out of multiple pieces welded together. The factory 5S fenders are steel stamped, I have set in my garage!

There is/will be a market for 5S conversions and I suspect the price will increase at some % of real ones, where that lies I'm not sure but I can't see it being any higher than good original regular Panteras. Most of the folks buying these cars at auction are collectors looking for an investment and originality is king.
