i hear you on the twisting when fenders are cut. The last car i cut was a 911...i added steel OEM flares to it...gas welded with acetylene...filled....sanded....filled...sanded... etc...whew! Quite a project but was strong and tight when done. VERY SHARp! NO TWiST that i could discern. Of course it didnt have a V8 behind it either! Thanks again for the info. i put my 18.6 Whaler (boat] up for sale and as soon as she goes i am gonna get on the trail (unless i find a deal sooner... heh heh]. Wife already gave me the nod.
