I have to admit that I haven't tried to contact Santiago recently, and I was basing my comment on the comments of others, so perhaps I should correct my statement.

In the past I used to purchase DT parts directly from the factory but haven't had to buy anything for some time. If Santiago is easy to get ahold of, that's good news. It hasn't always been that way.
