Dean, the best way to get to that kind of RPM level is the new modular motors. In fact you can run right down to the ford dealer, order one, and plug it right in without having to take the heads off. They cost about 14 or so. You have to order them through FRPP.
You want to go a higher RPM than that you will have to start looking at Honda motors.
