White faced gauges

My stock gauges are very difficult to read at night. I'm thinking of going to the new white faced gauges that Hall Pantera sells. He offers a gauge with special lighting. My question,is there anyway to brighten up my stock gauges (besides changing bulbs)or installing new gauges. Has anyone out there have any experence with these gauges from Hall? Thanks for you're time...
