I am one of those guys who opted to pull the Cleveland for the Windsor. I reviewed the problem as a case of supply and demand. There is a heck of a lot more go fast parts for windsor's then clevelands. This has the benefit of options and better prices on some components.
I pulled my cleveland and placed it in the corner of my shop, keeping it for the future owner of the car in the event they want to keep a "matching" car.
I figure if I grenade the windsor, "who cares" it was just a crate motor. Keeping the factory "original" engine for the purist.
