We're just talkng about the weight of the bare blocks. Going by memory, the C is 172 lbs, the W is 170 lbs.

They are both thin wall castings. Both have the same bore centers, same bell housing & motor mounts. The W has 0.3" taller decks, but the C has that cast timing chain compartment in front.

Ron, apparently you work with engineers too! lol.......
