Replacing the glass should not be that difficult. Use wd40 to soften and lub the rubber, place a heavy string or lite rope in the grove of the rubber. Have someone hold the glass with the rubber on it next to the hole and pull the string from the inside. Works like a zipper. If the trim is in the rubber it should be applied before installation. JD
