Jack, if you purchased your set-up from Pantera Performance, why don't you just call up Dennis Quella? He'll know exactly what parts you have and really appreciates a guy that races his car.
He's always been more than generous with his time and can probably get to the bottom of the trouble, or give you tips on tracking it down. He'll have everything you need to fix it too.
I have one of his systems on my car and have been very happy with it and the advice he's provided.
