Windscreen Wipers.

My 1974 GT-L seems to be a bit odd! The windscreen wipers seem to be backwards.

Other normal LHD USA spec cars that I see when I google 'Pantera images' have wipers that park to the left and sweep to the right like the picture below.

Mine park to the right and sweep to the left. So when driving in the rain, the drivers wiper reaches perfectly vertical in front of the driver and then goes back again. This leaves the driver leaning into the centre of the car to see through the clear spot, or I suppose I could just close one eye!

This seems odd to me. Do you guys think someone may have played with them at some time? I don't think it's a re-assembly issue. It's like it had RHD wipers.
