Sure- just leave off the stainless trim. The stock black windshield rubber has slots in it for the trim, but from 5 ft away, the slots are invisible. I have never understood the motivation of guys that take the shiny stainless windshield trim, powder-coat it black, then struggle to mount it on the black rubber gasket..... My trim went on the garage shelf in 1989, when I repainted the car. Just don't throw them away; cost of replacement is very high.
