Wing door latches

To all,

since years I am looking for these rare latches.

Does anybody know where this part can be find or from which car they are?

After years I found only this very similar parts. Trunk lock from a Grecav Eke (Grecav founded in 1964 in Gonzaga /Italy).

Maybe is this a following version from the first original one, so it would be interesting which is the car with the first version, which looks like the Mangusta ones :-)
