Congratulations on the upcoming arrival, please keep us updated - post pics, and considering your moniker, I suspect if it's a boy we'll be hearing about either little Alejandro or John Z.

As for starting out on your own in business, it sounds like you're doing the right thing in parting ways with your former partners.
