Tow the Pantera nose into the wind so as to not have the hoods blow open when towing. Make sure that the balance is OK. Tire straps that hold the car down by wrapping the wheel are less damaging than suspension-point tie-downs. Leave the car out of gear, but have the parking brake on. Also, drive slowly!
