I had a similar issue with my Pantera and the insurance co when I bought it and shipped it from Cali to NY. The shipper smashed it. Once you get it to the shop of your choice .. the shop will work it out with the insurance co ... Mine was fixed ..it took a while ... but eventually they paid 11k.
