Dennis Quella just went through it, if he says it is ok, I think I am in pretty good shape

I am told it is in good shape, but will need some things down the road. While I hate to loose out on it, I am not going to pay stupid money for a used transaxle that still needs to be flipped, and at a minimum ring gear wired. Given the seller has not responded, I am guessing the deal went to someone else.
