However a GPS velocity controller is only good until you have a signal. There are many situations where you don’t have a signal anymore. I will explore from EZ EPS from the Netherland their speedometer cable sensor. This devise is more reliable in that sense.

You also have the option of using his first controller developed that is manually controlled.
I suppose it all comes down to where you are primarily driving? In the US, it isn't that significant that you dial down the boost since we do not have Euro Autoban unlimited speed scenarios?
Inquire with Bruno. I suspect that your Mitsubishi is a variant of the Toyota technology and even if that doesn't matter, it may be Bruno that has the Interphase VSS that you are searching for to begin with?
