Hello Everyone:
Have looked thru quite a few posts to get help with this but can't seem to find any solid answer. As most of you know sometimes trying to find out exactly where a leak is coming from can be difficult. I'm pretty sure my zf is leaking at the speedo gear where it is bolted to the tranny or in that vicinity. Assuming this is where its leaking from, does anybody know how I would try to tighten the big nut without removing the tranny from the car. I can't tell if the nut is even loose if I can't get a wrench on it. And yes, I know not to mess with the bolt near the speedo. Have came across very helpful info warning about that one. Also, is there an o-ring or something else that has to do with the speedo gear that would cause a leak in that area?
