ZF odd leak

I've noticed fluid around this "nut" on the side of the ZF, today i noticed fluid on the floor under it. Not sure if it's a factor, but the front end has been raised about a foot for the past two weeks while I refreshed the front suspension...

Anyone have any thoughts or advice on dealing with it?
