Reply to "ZF Output Shaft Seal Replacement - Is It Possible in the Car?"

I used a generic seal in the past and it seemed to work well. I do not have its part number or description. Since then I have been using seals from Wilkinson for $23.40. He explained that the generic seal is too thin and may have another issue (perhaps not stiff enough).
