Dennis Quella sells bronze synchro rings in original size but also in "repair size", ie a smaller size than the original ones which allows them to be installed on sprockets with the worn cone. It's much cheaper than changing the couple of sprockets plus the synchro ring, $165 vs $1435 at RBT per gear, multiplied by 4 (the first gear is very rarely worn) it makes a difference of more than 5000 $! That's what I did and hope it will work fine.
