There were Type 0 used in GT-40s, type 1 in Mangustas, type "1.5" that used the low gearing of the Mangusta with the differential case of the Pantera, and Type 2. Early Panteras especially pusdhbuttons used a single tranny mount, which was changed to the dual mount in late 1971. All these sort of questions probably should be routed to Lloyd Butfoy who does the ZF Q & A on this site and is far more knowlegable than I on the things. FYI- the plastic plugs in the bell housings are probably Gary Halls since the factory never made any.
