I think I've seen that pulley in steel on some cars, so even if its unique there are two different kinds. If that's cast iron or cast steel as it seems to be, braze is about as good a repair as can be done. But get the repair done by a competent welder. Vee belts drive things by friction & pressure against the sides of the pulley groove and it looks as if the crack is not completely filled.
