Had ours blasted to find a nice brazed repair. Is this shared with anything else? It’s the one on the rear of the jackshaft, runs the AC and alternator.

It looks like something fell on it and chipped the piece off.
Don't know if its shared with anything...suggest just finding an awesome welder and building/turning it back...Lee
I would say get an opinion for sure. If that piece ever came off it would go like a bullet.
I think I've seen that pulley in steel on some cars, so even if its unique there are two different kinds. If that's cast iron or cast steel as it seems to be, braze is about as good a repair as can be done. But get the repair done by a competent welder. Vee belts drive things by friction & pressure against the sides of the pulley groove and it looks as if the crack is not completely filled.
