What Fits - The upper shoulder height sleeve, 'new' male into 'old' female (if you want to retain that) or you CAN use the one supplied, yet it mates a little higher than ideal. The base for the lap portion of the belt. And Ron, I was able to get my lower attachment into the rocker housing... took a little persuasion, but it went.
What Doesn't Fit - The lower retractor DOES bolt in just fine, but the original retractor cover from the 71-74 is too slim to cover it. Save it for originality buffs later.
Solution - Put a piece of carpet or vinyl atop the now exposed firewall insulation that appears above the retractor that the cover USED to conceal. I used black carpet and it looks well finished, clean and 'right' for my tastes. The original cover CANNOT cover the amount of belt material since this is ALL the retraction belt. The original had some in the rocker and some under the cover, which also made it a royal pain.
Honestly, the above is not a problem and I can't TELL YOU how great it is to have nice, useable, clean, working belts in the car.
I kept all my old bit 'just in case'.
