The chassis flex are from the chassis design. It's a spine chassis that is just stretched too long. I would guess that with the proper bracing, just about any chassis can be stiffened. I believe Dave Adler mentioned that the "Fox Mangusta" has major frame modifications
I've never heard of the heim joints being a problem other than expensive to replace and road shock that transfers through them.
