Gauge and turn signal issue

My 73 has a gremlin in the gauges. The fuel, oil, and temp. go in and out signaling a ground issue. The volt gauge does not follow. This also effects the turn signal indicators. I have replaced the fuse and tightened the fuse block, still goes in and out randomly. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks TR

... i had the same issue and the short was in the Steering Column.
