Came across this Ebay auction for Yokohama tires. It is a lot of 8 rears and 2 fronts, been in storage since 2001, but if stored correctly could be a deal for someone still running 15's on a widebody;
I would be leary of tires this old if you are planning to drive the car in a "spirited" manner. Most major tire manufacturers are now recommending that no tire with a date code of more then 6 years be used. They are even trying to pass laws about this. Bridgestone and Michelin wont sell to a distributor any tire with more then 1 year after date of manufacture and ask that any old tires, even unused be discarded and recycled. Tires that were properly stored would be great for casual driving and shows.
