To install this baby into a Pantera would take a lot of items missing from this motor (which means $$$), but it is a desired engine to install (i.e. aluminum block, 4 valve heads). Looks like the intake is not there as well as all of the pulleys on the front of the motor. And of course you would need all of the computers to run this bad boy too, and in stock form, you are talking the same power as a 351C, but not as much torque (even though it is less weight) -- so to go above and beyond the "normal" power of these cars, you almost need to go to a supercharger to have anything close to spectacular, otherwise, it really makes sense to stay with the 351C, or maybe that new aluminum 351 block that is coming out? And I did not even harp on the fact that this motor would have had a warranty with it, which I am sure is long expired .... not a big deal if the engine is cherry.
