color identificatin is a night mare...
on white I cannot tell, as my car is Dark red...(color found)
(the issue is you need NOT WATER BASED PAINT to get it close, also NON Water Paint is much easiere to POLISH). There is different in appearence on Water Based vs Non Water Based..
In Europe /Germany there is only permission on vinateg cars for repaint to NOT use WATER BASED PAINT..today
ok on Black is also difficult.
Appears from the knowlede in the Forum it NEEDs TO APPEAR MATT vs shiny..So..
Black Base should be color BMW 181 (Black Black, silvery black) is a color from the end 70ties...Not sure if as this is a shiny paint, you want to OVERPAINT it with a MATT CLEAR Paint...
I used different "modern Black MATT"..car is comming in end of the next week. Can get you the color code as required..
to me looks absolutly top, and the surface it NOT rough, so the dirt will not stick..
Is the color all the Newest High end cars are using...Porsche, Maseratie et al.
