Auctions America Auburn Pantera Action..........

Was driving back from Michigan yesterday and passed by to see if I could take some pics, but neither car was out.

Results:

White: not sold
Bronze: $66,000
Red: $60,000

I haven't had the chance to look up the prices. thanks!!! The auction was on Saturday on NBC Sports. Prices were going at a very good clip, saw the Duisenberg sp? go for $1.1 million.

I guess white is not a favored color?

Ah thanks AZ. The auctioneer on Friday's auction when trying to sell the white one had some pretty neat comments about Panteras. He said this was a "wake up and smell the market car", and "better than investing in mutual funds".

I thought the big bumpers did not go on until 1973, is the '72 retrofitted?

The "big bumpers" were introduced in August '72 on the L model. So a '72 can come with the bumperettes (pre-L) or the "big bumpers" (L model).
