Baby Turbo mirror post modification

I have hunted high and low. Can someone please direct me to the thread that shows where you are pupposed to grind down the gimble or base of the mirror so it will point out horizontally when bolted to the stock rear view mirror location. Thanks

Just to help out ...
There are 2 Vitaloni mirrors that look quite similar but are a little different. I have both types.

1) Baby Turbo - These mirrors have mirrors fixed in their pods (the mirror glass is fixed to the pod). The mirror is adjusted by moving the whole black pod. There are 2 joints in the bellow covered arm that allows easy adjustment.

2) Turbo - These mirrors are slightly larger and the mirror is adjusted in the pod. These are the mirrors described in the Pantera Place website.
