Give John a call.He is aa amazing engine builder!
You might also want to give Mark McKown at MME a call. Especially if it is a Cleveland.There is no one better or nicer to deal with.

Remember, expensive is relative, both in terms of $$ and time. It's less expensie to do something right one time than to do it wrong 3 times.. LOL.
