I just installed c5 seats, I used the original Pantera tracks. The driver seat is a litter jigher than stock, but sits real good, I am pleased with the comfort. The pass seat hits the center bulge and does not gp all the way to the firewall. I read a thread abot an anerisport modification. What is it? maybe I should just cut mine and weld a dent into it?

the amerisport conversion moves the alternator down in line with the a/c compressor. It is an expensive kit comes complete with the bracket. attaching hardware, metal hatch and fibreglass panel that covers the whole firewall. They sell them already covered for extra $$$$. If you send me your email address I will forward the info I got from Amerisport. You can also get the center cover so that it is removable without removing the whole firewall cover.
the following is a quote from Kirk Evans from Amerisport, The price ranged from about $900 to $1200 depending on options Send me your email address and I will send you some of the pictures

The base kit includes a steal rotary compressor and alternator mounting
bracket that will fit GM or Ford alternators (your choice), 16 gauge steal
engine cover and mounting hardware, insulation for the downsized cover,
water pump to crank pulley belt, and AC to alternator belts, downsized
interior bulkhead (non-covered) with vinyl wrapping straps, new hardware for
everything and instructions. We can provide trim finished bulkheads, AC
compressors, alternators, and personal phone help if needed.

The only modification needed to the original parts for installation is you
must cut off the front of the original alternator mounting bracket. The
removed piece is bolted to the remaining piece for re-welding in the future
if one would like to put the original bulkhead back on their car.

Good luck
