Chassis dynoing a Pantera

Conventional cars are typically dynoed in a direct drive 1:1 gear. What gear should a Pantera be dynoed in, 3rd? If done in 3rd, wouldn't the 1.04 gear skew the results (by about +4%) over the same motor/drivetrain in a 1:1 test?
