crane solid roller lifters

does anyone have any ideas on using solid roller lifters ,i brought a engine with a crane roller camshaft kit fitted it has solid lifters and trickflow pushrods and roller rockers ,the problem is i have been told that for road use roller lifter can fail due to lack of oil feed at idle to the roller,i read that there are some mods you can do to feed the roller on the lifter including cutting a small groove so the roller is feed from the oil in the lifter gallery ,anyone got any ideas cheers tony
