Has anyone fabbed a dead pedal. I would like somewhere to place my left foot rather than under the clutch pedal. I know there's not much room for one. I'm just wondering if anyone has managed to make one.

I thought about it alot. The wheelwell kinda' blocks anything you can do with a deadpedal.
You can either use a seat with a telescoping thigh support like the old Scheels or just put a pillow under your left thigh.
The pillow works better for me. I like my own pillow and blankie rather then those nasty motel ones on the stay overs.

When Paul Rimov restored his Euro GTS, he cut a small section out of the driver's wheelwell and welded in a squared off recess even with the pedal height.
Subtle, effective, not too much to interfer with the tires.

Got a picture? I thought about that but I think the drain tube is right on the other side.
