The rear of the car only has to be very slightly raised. Open the rad bleeders like marlin says and fill the pressure tank. Then go about your business in the garage. You will eventually hear the air hissing out. Keep adding coolant slowly and leave the bleeders open until coolant is running out. Then add some to the overflow tank - just a touch. After you run the car, wait till it cools down, and do it again. Check it again after you drive the first couple of times. The overflow tank should be about half full at cold.
The pressure tank is the one with 3 inlets on a side and a outlet on the other which goes to the overflow tank. On my car, the overflow tank is the closest to the firewall.

When you locate it, inspect the inside condition of your overflow tank as I discovered mine (stock) was heavily corroded and needs replacement. 30 years of use is enough to ask of this part!
Earlier postings wisely recommend re-routing the overflow tank drain line to behind the rear wheel instead of in front of it. I like to spin tires but only of my own choosing!
