Hey all!    Having prob's with firewall bump reduction in that my water pump to crank pulley  BELT is too long by a smidge.

I found that I have a crank pulley that has two sheaves (grooves) that are for 12mm belts.      I suspect that I need one with a single 12mm sheave and a single 11 mm sheave like almost 100% of Ford pulleys ever built!   I suspect a manufacturing hose up!

Is there anyone with an engine on a stand or with a box of parts that can measure the stock crank pulley sheaves and see if I am simply "Murphy" lucky to draw the short straw again with this project????????

I have a 74 car, with 5.5" pulleys water pump and crank.   They appear to be stock cast pieces.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!!
Steve
