i want to insrall a 95 lincoln mark viii engine.i have all harnennes but there are so many things that do things with the performance of this engine.i want a direct comtrol operation of the engine,my biggest concern is the spark and fuel control of the engine,i live in washington,and have heard of a guy that did the swap

Several shops now do this swap. But unless you live in an area where the smog lords allow it, it'll be prohibitively expensive to add all the '95 controls. Assuming you can, most shops use a MOTEC aftermarket brain box to control the engine. MOTECS are not cheap (made in Australia & used by Ford for F-1). If it was easy, more guys would try it, I believe.
